Measured building surveys

We can provide you with drawing plans of any property in the UK with as much or as little detail as you require, we can match your existing drawing layering system and also provide space analysis data for use in asset and estate management.

Topographical land surveys

We provide GPS located topographical land surveys which can be essential to avoid the possibility of costly mistakes or unforeseen issues. Using our experienced land surveyors we offer you complete confidence that the survey plans are delivered to the very highest standard, on time and on budget.

Area calculation reports

We can also provide detailed area analysis of your buildings by providing an area report showing the GIA, NIA and IPMS 3 to maximize the rental and capital valuation of the property. These are similar to Plowman Craven reports but with us you get the drawings as part of the price!

3D Laser Scanning

In Addition to the ACDL software we operate a fleet of Faro and Leica laser scanners based out of 7 hubs across the UK. We also have 4 topographical teams operating the latest Leica GPS systems.

Laser scan processing

We can help with your laser scan projects, by processing your individual scans into fully registered point cloud and export it to the file format of your choice. This is ideal for the occasional laser scan user who want cloud models for Revit and Micro-station.. (Contact our team to discuss)

CAD Services

We also provide CAD services in a range of software packages. We can help maintain your drawing portfolio by managing the updates of your master drawings. We have over 20 years experience managing the drawings of shopping centers, large office buildings, and factory sites.
